The Madam Carroll is collecting information from home and business owners in the local area on the impact of the US Fish and Wildlife mandate which has left Lake Freeman and Lake Shafer with water levels which are now variable based on weather patterns. (You can read more about this mandate here.) This form was created on the 20th of November, 2020 and will stay open until December 12th.
We believe a solution exists in which the lake levels can be maintained and the endangered mussel species below the dam can also be protected. We will use the information you share in this survey to pursue this solution. We encourage you to share this form with other community members effected by this mandate.
