Knights of Columbus Black Tie Cruise
Event Details
Join the Knights of Columbus aboard the Madam Carroll for their first ever Black Tie Dinner Cruise and Fundraiser. Proceeds from this event go directly towards the purchase of ultrasound machines at pro-life pregnancy centers. These machines save lives and help women choose life by giving them the opportunity to view their unborn children on the ultrasound.
Tickets for this event include a wonderful meal prepared by the Historic Sportsman Inn, a cruise (weather pending) on Indiana’s Largest Boat, a silent auction, 50/50 raffles and much more. This is a formal event with an equivalent dress code. Men should come dressed in their tux or nicest suit and tie.
Schedule of Events
Boarding 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM
Boarding for this cruise begins at 6:00 PM. Please allow plenty of time for yourself to ensure you are on the vessel well before departure.
Departure and Dinner 7:00 PM
Weather pending, the Madam Carroll will be leaving dock at 7:00 PM directly after dinner has been served.
Dockside Reception 8:30 PM on
We return to dock at 8:30 PM after cruising beautiful Lake Freeman. The vessel will continue operation dockside with drink service during an evening gala and reception.

Appetizers
You will begin your meal with Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Cakes, Blue Cheese Stuffed Strawberries, and Bruchetta with Crostinis.
The Main Course
Follow up your appetizers with a baked potato, a California blend of vegetables, garden salad, dinner rolls, and YOUR CHOICE of either an 8 oz Sirloin Steak or Lemon Chicken Breast.
Drinks and Cocktails
Coffee will be made available following your dinner. The Madam Carroll is equipped with a full service bar for the wine, cocktail, beer, and spirits of your choice! (Please note that cocktails are not included with admission)
